So, are these sex offenders American citizens, possessor's of a visa or green card, or illegal aliens?
What woman here would want to have an inevitably brief relationship with a white, American citizen Ted Bundy? If anyone commits a genuine sex crime, regardless of race, nationality, or legal status, prosecute and incarcerate. If someone is merely found to be an illegal alien, deport them.
