You will see more and more how the schools are being used as the first step to achieving the socialist/communist goals. It is where they can legally house them and indoctrinate them without the public having any say in the matter.

illiteracy
I am well aware of the fact that a lot of the illegals cannot read. I used to work in 2 fast food establishments and these guys were straining to read the orders in such a way that it was obvious that they'd never learned anything using an alphabet. The slow learners would screw things up all the time.

Once a week I volunteer where I see adults who can not read even numbers. They are given numbers to stand in line, yet about 5-10 of them (out of about 75) have no idea what the number is or where they should be and have to be shown and guided to where they belong.
