Gov. Jerry Brown signs bill restricting ballot (list of bills)

Other than the timing, nobody can really gripe about the requirement to hold the initiatives to that ballot time. This bill is already a constitutional requirement, and both parties have been abusing it for years..no, decades. At least that part should satisfy everyone who believes in constitutional government. I doubt it was really on either party's mind though, 'cause they were both too busy screwing us all over individually and collectively.
