This State can't kill itself fast enough to suit the liberals. We are 15% of the US population,(with all state populations being equal, that's equal to over seven states) and we have a 20% illiteracy rate according to the Dept of Education. It is statements like this that they never ask why? And yet they still call some a minority, because it sure pulls the emotional heart strings.
