So there was only one border governor there, Richardson, who barely passes for an American. Maldonado is a wannabe governor, so he don't count, and especially so when he's just a handmaiden to the soon to be terminated terminator. So this was basically a meeting of nobodies who are trying to pass themselves off as an official body. Reminds me a lot of Nightingales So Cal Patriots Coalition. All trumped up and no real substance. And no; Mexican governors don't count either
