Not so sure I can agree with the line of questioning. Here's the problem:
All of those subjects are already provided for in Federal Laws on Customs and Immigration. The simple and short answer is to just enforce the already existing laws and impose both the fines and confinements in jails or prisons. We shouldn't be giving anyone the opportunity to challenge, scoff at, or disagree with our laws. The pro amnesty, open borders, liberals, socialists, communists, progressives, ideologues are already fundamentally, seriously flawed with mental deficiencies in intelligence as well as logic. They cover the spectrum from religious zealots to outright crooks. Some are gluttonous, greedy exploiters, some are perverted, some are dishonest, some are drug addicts, some hate America, some hate capitalism, some are themselves aliens and/or have connections with the illegals by marriage, family, or some ethnic similarity. |

The missing question in all of those is the most important.
Should anyone be allowed to reside permanently in the United States who is not a citizen? Really if you replace "non-citizen" with "illegal alien" in the above series of questions, they make much more sense. And also remove all specific references to Mexico and Mexicans along with a few other subtle changes:
