The case is only being allowed. They haven't won it yet. But since the ICE must function under the law, they have to be accountable to it. And also so should the illegals, even though they are not citizens and have no right to be here. Better to bite the bullet here, let the cockroaches try to sue the ICE and watch them lose.
Again, there is no reason for race to be an issue in hunting down and throwing out illegal immigrants. None at all.
