Yes, I would say there are quite a few here and many still at HD.
On Mon, I drove by the HD on Alondra, near the Cerritos City College. HD does not allow them on their parking lot but they stand on the parking lots adjacent to HD. The day I drove by there were many there. When a vehicle drove by they covered it with fingers showing how many. Must have been 25 that would surround the car.
