What is the purpose of a sentence if it's not served? He got 90 days, he served 90 minutes. They claim overcrowding, but do they ever recall a released prisoner when the overcrowding stops?
This is a miscarriage of justice. The juries convict; the judge sentences, and then the sheriff's refuse to execute. And they just point ot the federal court's ruling on overcrowding. And the legislature won't spend any money to build more space because they believe....what?
