Having lived and still working in Glendale I can say that this 2nd crackdown in the past four months (http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/lanow/2011/02/nearly-100-arrested-charged-in-operation-targeting-armenian-organized-crime-.html#comments) made my day. The arrogance and sense of entitlement that these people exude is rivaled on by illegals from south of the border.

Yeah, you can walk into a middle eastern restaraunt as far away as eugene oregon, and tell them you're from glendale, and they'll quit americanizing the food for you.

Remember Armenians are NOT Muslims. They are Christians, and they really dislike the Arab/Muslims especially the Turkish. The Middle East is a powder keg, and a very divers cultural area. But the one thing they have in common is they basically all distrust and or dislike each other.

Honestly ... there are SOME muslims I like better than the armenian mafia types. Persian-Americans who are aware of their pre-islamic /zoroastrian history can be pretty cool.
REGARDLESS, Jean, anyone who has ever spent significant amounts of time in glendale knows that the armenian problem is out of control. there are thousands of people who only speak armenian, dozens of stores that only hire armenians, and they even control the police force and prevent any american patriots from mobilizing.
