Councilman Benny Lee wanted to fly the flag as a sign of support for local Chinese residents and to show that the city is open to Chinese investments.

And they say we're xenophobic when we voice concerns about loss of American culture and sovereignty

Pretty soon we will have to rename the United States of America. Wonder what that will be.

I thought the saying was, "give a man an inch, and right away he thinks he's a ruler".

I guess that one suffers for punnage because the younger generation (younger than us) doesn't know what a ruler used to be
