Notice from the Mexican consulate to all DACA illegals that they ARE eligible for MediCal coverage. If anyone thinks another amnesty isn't going to cost you, just wait until millions more are eligible for taxpayer benefits, even if they don't pay taxes. Remember; it is those who don't declare income that get MediCal.

The Consulate of Mexico inform that in the state of California, the beneficiaries 
of the immigration remedy known as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), 
may apply for Medi-Cal without restrictions. They will be able to obtain the same 
benefits as the legal residents or citizens, as long as the meet the requirements 
such as age, between 19 and 64 years and income, which must be from 0 to 138 percent 
of the Federal Poverty Level. 
 
If you are beneficiary of DACA, you may also be able to obtaining medical coverage 
through your employer, if offered; or purchase health insurance through a private 
insurance company.  The beneficiaries of DACA cannot purchase insurance through  
Covered California. 
 
While the beneficiaries DACA around the country are not eligible for health coverage 
through the Affordable Care Act [http://r20.rs6.net/tn.jsp?f=001lQCFE...Tn3AyOpxeeA==] 
(ACA) . But the State of California decided to expand the Medi-Cal for the beneficiaries 
of DACA and other people who previously did not meet the requirements. 
To apply to Medi-Cal  please the Department of Social Services in your county, if 
you need information on the requirements and the address of the nearest Medi-Cal 
 office, you visit the Health Window (La Ventanilla de Salud) located inside the 
 Consulate General of Mexico in Sacramento from Monday to Friday  (9am to 2pm).
