Latino Workers Replaced "Lazy" White and Non-Latino Counterparts, Lawsuit Says

This is some of what needs to be done much more often:

It's like the recent call by SDSU to hire more "professors of color", "especially women".

That's discrimination on the basis of race and gender which violate the civil rights act. And, by the Justice department failing to file suit concerning such preferences throughout the nation, I believe there is a violation of the fourteenth amendment provision concerning equal protection under the law.
