I'd endorse that, but only if you are naturalized or have non-citizen ancestry.

Mobility is one of the things that characterize illegal immigration. These people can go anywhere and always find a job. The fact that they can always find a job is because immigrants control so much of the job marketplace. But the fact that they can go anywhere is because of access to automobiles.
