CBP Officers Seize more than $146K in Marijuana

Calexico, Calif. - Two people have been arrested since Saturday in separate incidents for attempting to smuggle a combined 326 pounds of marijuana through the Port of Nogales.U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers referred a 22-year-old Douglas man for further inspection of his Dodge truck when he attempted to cross through the Mariposa Port on Tuesday.
