Ward Connerly Win Against Racist Job Preferences

Ward Connerly petitioned the State to overturn the hiring practices employed by state agencies that still sought to use racially based preferences in hiring. Looks like he got a writ of mandate in this one.
Tht guy has been working for equality...true equality for years
