Most people went to San Francisco this year, I think. I wasn't in the mood to be a target.
The "stop stealing cars" is because we have a big problem with people driving without licenses and insurance so the police, in order to protect us, have set up check points at times.
A friend at works wife was caught in one with a tail light infraction. She told him people were walking home from it crying after losing their cars.
The sign I found interesting was the, "We are all Arizona" one.
It hasn't been that long since Mexican President Felipe Calderon said,

Now I guess some of us are all Arizona!
