I tried using my magnifying glass but the picture does not stay long enough.
The guy second in on the right, the last 3 letters are UNA. I suspect it is some kind of Union.
Hey, what are you doing, falling into the old sos bit and not allowing a person to wear the shirt he wants to wear?
