I tried briefly to find the original poem, here is one rendition which is a sack of crap that doesn't fit the definition of poetry:

America by Luis Sanchez

America the land robbed by the white savage
the land of the biggest genocide
the home of intolerance
the place where dreams come to die
the place of greed and slavery
the rapist of earth
the stupidest
America, built on pain
America, the place for institutionalized racism
the biggest lie
the empire that will swallow the earth
the land of the brute
the bully
the land of glorified killers
the eater of souls
America, where corporations are worth more than babies
America, where women give birth but not votes
where families are fables
where grandmothers have to burth their skirts to stay warm
where women get abortions to keep their job after the boss raped them
where my name transforms from redskin to spick until I have no name
America the one who beat my cousins with bats for being brown
America the killer of mothers and fathers
America the willingly blind and proudly stupid.

It was published in a supplement of the Fresno State student newspaper, it is alleged to also be published in La Voz de Aztlan which bills itself

The Voice of Aztlán, a magazine publishing news, analyses, and scholarly writings on La Raza.

La Voz de Aztlan has the journalistic style of Weekly World News http://weeklyworldnews.com/ and all the racism to be found on the Mexica Movement website http://www.mexica-movement.org/.

A few minutes ago I tried to access the La Voz de Aztlan website http://www.aztlan.net/, it had the typical "Aztlan" map with the words

underneath. Not sure what that means.

I tried to find the so called poem in The Collegian at Fresno State website but it didn't come up. However, there is a story in that paper about the incident and the lawsuit which has a number of comments under it http://collegian.csufresno.edu/2012/...state-faculty/
