The Associated Press reports Rep. Solomon Ortiz (D), who earned a “F” grade from NumbersUSA, has conceded defeat to Blake Farenthold (R) in Texas’ 27th District. Farenthold won by about 650 votes. Ortiz provided a consistent vote for amnesty and against immigration enforcement.
