So help me, something is wrong with people. Halloween needs to be eliminated. All day yesterday I was hearing about candy laced with marijuana.
There are no trick or treaters in my neighbor hood any more. I think the people just stopped allowing the kids to go out, nothing to do with the city.
Those two people were old enough to know better.
