Default California Tax Board Hunting For 1 million Non-filer's

Hey! Now we are talking! One million people not filing a tax return on income already reported to the state by other means. We have the potential for the start of a taxpayer revolt here. That's a sizable chunk of people. Think of that for a minute. If someone, other than the state, could reach out to them, and start a snowball going, we could have us a real power base. And why not? The illegals brazenly defy the laws, and they get massaged by the politicians for doing so. I wish there was a way to harness this boys and girls. If they can't deport 15 million illegal aliens, how can they reckon with 28 million defiant taxpayers in one state?

Now admittedly the state is probably counting on chickens that may not have hatched yet. Some of the reported income is from dead people whose social security numbers are being used by illegals. In addition, some of them are ITIN's given by illegals who "just want to work, but don't want to pay. There there are I don't know how many people who have left the state recently, and think the tax board can't touch them now (they're wrong). But in the end, it's still a million possible recruits to a modern day peaceful protest. Now the question is, how to make something of it.

More than a million people who didn’t file a California tax return in 2013 are getting explain-or-pay-up letters from the state Franchise Tax Board.
