Cloture vote at 8:30 am, vote to pass 2:00 pm today!
I guess Harry Reid thinks he's got the votes to pass the amnesty. I just got a message that the final vote is scheduled for today at 2:00 PM EST.
I got this message from my contact at FAIR: Cloture Vote this morning on S744 at 11:30 and final vote on S744 at 2:00PM today. We have picked up 5 votes since the first of the week, make these Senators feel the heat, let’s stop this horrible bill today! Congress is reporting they are getting 15-1 phone calls against the AMNESTY, Let’s keep it up! Susan Tully National Field Director Federation for American Immigration Reform |

At 8:05 and and 8:18 Am PST. We overloaded the Capitol switchboard, and calls couldn't get connected. The capitol switchboard was briefly overwhelmed, and effectively shut down.
The Senate doesn't seem to want to listen to us, but we can say that the overwhelming outcry against the amnesty overwhelmed and shut down the capitol switchboard. Lets do it again today starting around 10 :30 Am California California time. Last edited by Greg in LA; 06-27-2013 at 07:39 AM. |

Senate voted to pass the cloture on the amnesty. 67 votes in favor. 13 Republicans crossed party lines and betrayed the nation.
Lets flood the phone lines again starting at 10:30 Am California time for the final vote. |

Sorry friends, we lost the Senate vote 68-31. Not one Democrat voted against the amnesty.
