B of A Wins Lawsuit Against Illegal They Reported To ICE

Great news!

A Judge has dismissed a sizeable lawsuit brought by an illegal alien against Bank of America for reporting his illegally present butt to ICE.


The judge reasoned that it was grounds for dismissal if the banks actions were protected speech under the US Constitution. You know how good this is? Think of how many times the illegals and their hand wringing supporters have claimed that the community is serveed better when local law enforcement doesn't report illegals because they would be afraid to report crimes for fear of reprisals. Yes, that's reprisals by INS, but this applies to any reprisals, which is also civil. This judge is on my short list for sainthood

Now no American has to fear reprisals for reporting illegals, and that means employers or businesses too!!

A great victory for us thus far.
