A Funny Thing Happened In Glendale Friday Night

I received a copy of the a restraining order that the Armenian thug, Aram Hambardzumyan, was served on my behalf. I went to the Glendale court house and found out he was given summary probation. So a thug can just, unprovoked, hit someone in the face, and get probation. America, what a country!

Now I just have to determine whether I should go after this thing in civil court. I really don't have any damages, as I did not go to a doctor. Is it really worth it to go after this guy in small claims?

I'm not sure you could go after him in small claims. You haven't any monetary damage. But you should call and ask.
