Wow, the ultimate in corruption and hypocracy. I wonder if the membership is bright enough to realise that the higher priced craftsmen will be sitting in the hall while the cheaper guys go to work?

I started to say one thing, but read farther.
It's true about sidelining professionals and replacing them with semi skilled hacks. Let's put it another way, do you want to have an seasoned cardiologist to perform a bypass procedure on your person and charges premium price to do so, or throw out a couple thousand dollars to Jaime and his brother in law who say they know what they they are doing but have no formal training? Your house can catch fire due to a pretend "electrician".

I have wondered what role illegal alien labor will play in this.
They have been making their way into all the trades for some time. We may be seeing the wages of linemen and technicians slide way down due to this program. the unions are ready to survive at the expense of its American members. Could I be right?
