Those are great questions and I wonder whose part of California I am living in.
Perhaps Chelene will do a state of the union address so that we can be told that she is our Governor and what we have to do in order to fit in with her plan for the restoration of California.

Chelene has great wisdom acquired working as a model and an actress though we are hard put to verify any of her working background.

Whatever it is we must listen to her because she is very wise and we would be lost without her.

We are vastly inferior in our intellect when compared to her. I am thinking of calling her to see if she will explain to me how to start my car.

She is so wise, omnipotent and I am just a mere mortal.
