Spring Weather Inspires Illegal Vendors In Sac
Sacramento illegal vendors sprout all over the county as weather turns nice, and produce ripens. I went out for a trip to the bank, the meat market, the fish market, and the produce market, and I counted 29 illegal vendors. I started snapping photos, but then the battery went dead. Here's a few I did get:

I believe that quite a number of illegal vendors are essentially slaves to human smugglers.
Sort of like the company store where one gets mired in ever increasing debt to his employer, but paying off human smugglers rather than buying groceries with company scrip.
