We've posted a warning about this before. Entire works written for publication and containing copyright restrictions are not allowed to be reproduced without permission from the copyright holder.
It's the law, almost like immigration law, except enforcement can be up to individuals. The writers are paid by the publishers, and the publishers sell the result. America is the land of the free, but most everything else you have to pay for.
Write a title of your own to show people what it is, and then point them to the publishers website
