So, if the going rate for a Coyote/Smuggler to get Them here is $2,000-$5,000, I would honestly think the burden of providing an attorney for Them should'nt be placed on the shoulder of the US Tax-payer.
Perhaps that's just Me, but if They had that kind of cash to get here, perhaps someone in Their family can pay for the attorney, after all, the smugglers do it to Them all the time..
