Default U.S. Dept of Labor Says Undocumented Deserve Fair Wages

Now, correct me if I am wrong, but isnt it illegal to hire illegal aliens? And if you are willing to break the law to hire illegal aliens, you might also be inclined to pay them dirt cheap wages. Instead of punishing employers of illegals for hiring, they want the illegals to narc on the employers for paying them dirt cheap wages...

This video is proof that the government is pandering to the invasion for the purpose of using illegal aliens to fund social security and siphon their earnings through taxation. They will not punish for hiring illegals, they will not enforce existing immigration law, and they will not secure the border for the simple reason that it is profitable.

You work hard and you have the right to be paid fairly. I'm US Secratary of Labor Hilda L. Solis and it is a serious problem when workers in this country are not being paid every cent they earn. Remember, every worker in America has a right to be paid fairly, whether documented or not. So, call us, it is free and confidential, at 1-800-487-9243. We can help.
This whole thing is just provocation. That's all it could be. Who decides what is a fair wage? What are they going to do about it if somebody does decide it isn't a fair wage? And what is mean when a worker is not being paid every cent they earn? Maybe they are paying taxes or social security. And that's way before we even start thinking about "undocumented" workers who are violating the law by being employed, secondly, and being here at all, firstly. Any employed illegal knows that his legal cousin who hired him is breaking the law. What's he going to do, turn him in to the government for not paying him enough?

No, this is a provocation, just like our Obamination president, designed to excite people's outrage and hopefully, provoke some kind of controllable reaction.

It's not right to cheat anyone out of wages.

So make the employer pay up with interest and penalties, then toss the illegal out as well as incarcerating the employer and seizing his ill gotten assets.

If it weren't for employers of illegal aliens, the problem of illegal migration would be something between "zip" and "none".

Here's where your FOIA might come in handy. It is possible we can request all records of employers who were prosecuted or settled with the government for wage violations like these. I'm pretty sure we can obtain them by state as well.

Letter I wrote to the White House:

Dear Sir,

I saw the video of Sec. Hilda Solis.

Sir, we, the U.S. Citizens have a right to live in a country where the government enforces all the laws, and not just the ones you, Democrats, like. If your administration can not follow "rule by the law" then you all need to step down. Illegal aliens are criminals, and you will not use taxpayer money to promote, aid, and abet these illegal aliens.

Thank You

I've tried that phone number, it does'nt work from My calling area...go figure.

I was going to give Them a tip about a prior job I had in Mfg., although I am a Chef, I had to get any work I could find in the Sanctuary North bay.

Anyways, there were 3 Americans, and about a dozen illegals, We were getting $8.15, taxed, and the illegals were getting $10 to start, and most were getting $12, cash.
We were given stations in the front, and the illegals were given stations to the rear of the building, so They could bail into the fields, as there was a rumor of ICE making raids in the west Counties of Marin/Sonoma.

I wonder how they would have treated a call from a Tax-paying American getting the shaft?...wait, I know the answer to that one...

I'm going to the Central Valley today to see if that number works in a predominantly Hispanic area, perhaps Lodi/Stockton.
