I read the article. Sounds like some laudable intentions. However, as I have learned, when this administration says hope and change - LOOK OUT run the other way.

I rather doubt that the Drug Cartels and border jumpers will be signatories, or participants, to this initiative.

Too bad it didn't specify cleaning up the hundreds of thousands of tons of trash dumped by the invaders. Or spell out the interdiction of drug and human traffickers.

It actually sounds like a spinter group of the North American Union cabal and NAFTA the super highway linking Mexico to Canada across the USA.
