Gee, you find the most interesting things buried in the dross.
Moreno, seven months pregnant, is expecting her fourth child with her husband who is an illegal immigrant. “We kind of need something to happen so we can keep our family together,” she said. “There’s no way for him to find a way to become legal.” For one thing, this woman decided to have four children with this criminal so I see no reason why Americans have to make her life decisions more comfortable. But, there's no way for him to become legal? Really? He's a criminal, independent of being here illegally. He's committed some kind of crime that would prevent him from ever achieving legal status. Her husband is exactly the kind of person we do not want here. Keep their family together, deport the lot of them. |

"An 18-year-old woman named Maribel, who wouldn't give her last name for fear of deportation, said she arrived in the U.S. at age 2 and did not even realize she was undocumented until years later when she could not obtain a library card.
She said it hurt her feelings to be denied rights in a country she loved." It hurts my feelings that immigration laws are not enforced and the border is wide open. Illegals can't get a library card but they can get a drivers license, a car, a job, a mortgage and credit cards?

The demand is, of course, a natural extrapolation, that legalization of otherwise law abiding people isn't good enough. If this woman is to be helped, we must also legalize all criminals. |

I have a thought! If the taxpayers paid for all of these anchor babies, shouldn't we be in charge of them. Like demanding they pay up, then leave?
