Rio Grande City, Texas-U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) at the Rio Grande City Port of Entry seized $1,641,000 worth of marijuana on August 26. "This substantial amount of narcotics was detected due to excellent inspectional techniques which begins with our officers' ability to utilize all available tools and resources and applying them towards the ultimate goal, intercepting illicit drugs and keeping them out of our communities," said Acting Port Director Sylvia Gutierrez, Rio Grande City Port of Entry.
