Certainly the brake lights and clearance lights.
I don't see brakes on the left front wheel. I don't know the costs, but by the time it is retrofitted with electric brakes, it might be cheaper to buy a new trailer ready to roll. Another consideration is how big a chunk the state would tear off in submitting paper work and registration costs after the work is done. I didn't see any electric cord or pollack plugs, chains, break - away device, or clearance lights. So I'm assuming it's not street legal, that its intended use is for other than highway transport.
