Nice Feast.

We've been doing two different types of meat for our holidays lately also. This year we also had turkey and ham .
The egg rolls are Lumpia, and we call it red rice because it isn't spicy like spanish rice. The sour kraut is called pancit, Clear white thin noodles with shrimp and few other goodies in there. Also Kelaguen, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kelaguen but I don't like that one really.
