All this is another notice to Americans that our courts have been sabotaged to the point that an idiot suit of this kind can be filed. Oh yes how we tremble at the thought of having to appear before a judge repetitiously as our savings are decimated.

Yet an illegally present person can try to turn the tables on those arresting him with the help of saboteurs disguised as lawyers?

Government is inciting the law abiding citizen into Constitutionally backed actions that would include the arrest of those publicly elected and appointed "servants" that have sacrificed us all.

It's getting too late to play these games with the people of the USA but government will not stop unless it is stopped.

They just cannot help themselves.

And the man refuses to name his country of origin.


Congress refuses to fund or compel enforcement of immigration law.

The Justice department, under the direction of the President Obama, sues Arizona for adopting federal immigration law as state legal code. ICE only seeks a certain type of illegal alien for deportation.

Immigration judges in Los Angeles deny 65% of the removal petitions brought before the court by ICE. The immigration court website lists contact information for pro bono immigration attorneys.

ICE attorneys have only something like 20 minutes to prepare for each removal case they present.

There needs to be an overhaul of the whole rotten system.
