On a sad note
http://www.alipac.us/ftopict-192324.html "This groups belongs to Raymond Herrera Founder/President and National Spokesperson and Robin Hvidston BOTH OF WHICH ARE CORE MEMBERS OF JIM GILCHRIST'S MINUTEMAN PROJECT. And we don't do Jim Gilchrist or Minuteman Project on our boards. I will leave your videos in place with this final notice. Please do not post anymore videos of events organized by Ray or Robin as we will have to consider the events the actions of Jim Gilchrist and Minuteman Project both of which are prohibited at ALIPAC for numerous serious reasons. William Gheen" I thought any fight against illegals was a good thing? I guess not |

This fighting with Gilchrist has caused so much harm to everyone fighting illegal immigration it is a shame. I remember going to protests long ago and Gilchrist was treated with honor. Robin and Ray have done so much inspite of those against them. I went to there protests and they are a great group. The last event I went to was in SB with them. Ignorant and sad.

My opinion is that Gheen is a very jealous person, and feels quite threatened by anyone that doesn't accept his dominance or that detracts from his own fame. Gilchrist did quite a lot to alienate many people during some of his advocacy for people like huckaby though, and may deserve a little retribution on that basis, and some others too. I think the lesson is that we shouldn't worship people as much as we do their acts in the service of our effort. Confine ourselves to the latter and we should be ok.
