El Paso, Texas - A man being sought in connection with a triple homicide in El Paso has surrendered to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers. The suspect, 35-year-old Luis Javier Solis Gonzalez approached CBP officers who were performing southbound inspections at the Paso Del Norte port of entry just before noon today and announced that he was turning himself in for homicide.
