Alright, this one stinks, admittedly. Plus, you'd have to have a law degree, and a specialty in constitutional law to know whether it can be supported against the feds. and that's if the feds even give a damn.
I haven't found a a way to mitigate this one yet, and I'm unsure how each and every law enforcement jurisdiction is going to react. for instance, my county is in bed with the feds, and has been for quite some time. the feds pay the sheriff per head per day to house illegals. Political fallout from this law could be disastrous for the democrats. It has Willy Horton potential squared. A cop forced to release an illegal, and he goes right out and commits a horrendous act. Of course that's already happened, but now it gets amplified to the nth degree. This one we'll have to wait and watch; it might be all we can do, but I'm still checking
