I hope the good Rep Moran will realize his ways now and change them. I was rear ended by a person in about 1967 and I suffer from than injury today. He said he was going about 35 miles an hour and I was standing at a red light in the rain. No broken bones but a severe whip lash. Give the good Rep a few years to age a bit more and see how he feels. At least the person who hit me was a legal.
