Yes, why was he not sentenced to 20 years for the first rape? I hear every week about someone being convicted of rape and the sentence seems to always be about 20 years.

IF THEY SENTENCE HIM TO 20 YEARS, AT LEAST HE WILL NOT BE RETURNING EVERY YEAR. HOW ABOUT ADD ALL THE RAPES HE HAS NOT DONE TIME FOR AND KEEP HIM IN PRISON FOR LIFE?
