The commercial is largely about illegal alien crime in the Silver State. True enough, but as I've said before, it is a better strategy to pose the illegal immigration problem as having absolutely nothing to do with Mexico. Obviously Mexico is our biggest problem and nobody enthusiastic about stomping on the toes of illegals from Mexico would be confused or detered by images of white or Asian illegals in an ad like that. And the opposition could only stand there with their yaps hanging open. They would have nothing to say.
