Well, here's the problem you've got.
The concept is fine but the location is remote. For you? No. However, the bulk of SOS
attending membership (and related collaborators) is in Southern California.
Barring a large infusion of Norcal members, these middle of the week things in the state capitol are going to receive sparse attendance and little interest. There's nothing wrong with Sac.; it's a great town and has wonderful locations to demonstrate, but participation is going to be predictably light.
As a matter of demographic reality, we're going to have a lot more bodies for events located south of Santa Barbara.
