Progressive insurance is a travesty and is something no one who seriously understands the importance of insurance (if you have pot to piss in) would ever consider. Name your own price? I don't think that'll work. There are certain things you really shouldn't skimp on and auto insurance is one of them. Skimping on insurance is apparently Progressive's mission statement. Take the money from people who pay a little and when the time comes for coverage there will be none to pay because they didn't get needed coverage. Pretty good scam really.
