Default Newport Beach Attempts Ban On 1A Speech In Neighborhoods

I predict this one going down in flames after a few, or even one, lawsuit challenging it.

A blanket ban on neighborhood protests? No way is that going to pass constitutional muster. It could conceivably prevent you from protesting in front of your own house? I'd certainly put it to the test if I lived there. Where's that mobile billboard....
