I don't understand why Christopher needs a fundraiser. I thought the Gov. Arnold said, all children get free health care. Or did he mean "all illegal alien children" get free healthcare paid for by American Taxpayers.

A community fundraiser for Christopher Miranda, a 9-year-old boy struggling with leukemia, will take place from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the McDonald's located at 18850 Soledad Canyon Road in Canyon Country.

A community fundraiser for Christopher Miranda, a 9-year-old boy struggling with leukemia, will take place from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the McDonald's located at 18850 Soledad Canyon Road in Canyon Country.
Ronald McDonald will attend from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. The restaurant will donate a percentage of the proceeds to the Miranda family. No flyer is needed.
Volunteers are needed to take and call orders behind the counter. A sign-up sheet will be available for anyone who can donate 30 minutes of their time. Call the Mitchell Community Elementary School office at (661) 252-9110.
