The initiative's laws will:
• END all sanctuary city policies to allow police to inquire of immigration status at their discretion. Law enforcement must honor an immigration detainer and surrender an alien into federal custody.
• ENFORCE 287g, requiring at minimum one officer per agency to be trained to cooperate with federal authorities in enforcing immigration laws.
• RESERVE California Driver's Licenses and Identification for only lawful residents. All ID to expire when a visa expires.
• REQUIRE applications by those here illegally, for a public funded birth delivery for a child born here, to be reported to the United States Department of Homeland Security. Applicant to pay fingerprint submission charge, fingerprint available to DHS upon request.
