US city police giving up their turf to corruption laden Mexican police who can't, won't or who are bribed not to solve crimes in Mexico?
And the "article" doesn't say that Mexican police will do any of that, nor does it seem to be anything other than a propaganda piece.
The most that would happen -as far as a Mexican governmental role - is that there will be some professional victimization hacks assigned to make mass allegations of racially motivated incidents, which the far left will probably take seriously on unproven word.
So, what's new?
Nothing at all.
Except a few who believe everything they read getting hot and bothered about it.
