ACLU/SC to Sue Veterans Administration
for Denying Free Speech Rights to Veteran

LOS ANGELES, Calif. — The ACLU of Southern California will announce a free-speech lawsuit on behalf of a 67-year-old Army veteran who has been protesting land-use policies by the Veterans Administration at the VA facility in west Los Angeles for more than a year.
